Collection: Superdry Jackets

Superdry men's jackets — windcheaters, softshell trekkers, hooded puffers and the padded Fuji styles. Outerwear is what the brand built its name on and it is still the strongest part of the range, generally with better weatherproofing than the price suggests.

Which Superdry jacket

Windcheater and softshell — the everyday one. Wind-resistant, shower-resistant, light enough to keep on indoors, and the jacket most men here get the most wear out of between September and November.

Hooded puffer and padded Fuji — warmer, for standing still outdoors rather than moving through the day. The Fuji is the quilted style with the ribbed collar that Superdry is best known for.

Technical and Trekker — taped seams and a proper hood, for days that are genuinely wet rather than just grey.

Sizing

Superdry is a British brand cut to a British block, despite the Japanese lettering on the graphics — it was founded in Cheltenham in 2003. Jackets come up close to true to size but with less room through the chest than a country brand like Barbour, so if you intend to wear a heavy jumper underneath, take the next size up.

Wear it over a hoodie or knitwear with jeans. Read our guide to choosing a winter coat for Irish weather, see the full Superdry range, or browse all men's coats and jackets.
