Welcome to Patrickbourkemenswear.ie. Please find our delivery information outlined below. We currently offer delivery options to the Republic of Ireland, UK and Worldwide.

We know you will be awaiting your Patrick Bourke Menswear purchase with keenness and we endeavour to deliver to you as quickly and conveniently as possible.

TIME TO DELIVERY– REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

We are delighted to offer customers from the Republic of Ireland Free Next Day Delivery* on orders over €85. We charge €6.50 delivery for purchases less than €85. 

If an order is confirmed on a Friday before 11am it will be dispatched on Friday and should be delivered on Monday. All orders processed after 11am Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on Monday. 

Please bear in mind that DPD are dealing with a surge in parcel deliveries at the moment, which will result in your package taking a day or two longer than normal delivery timeframes in some circumstances.

DPD is our main courier for this region, you will receive a notification email to confirm the goods you have ordered have been dispatched along with a track and trace number. You can check the status of your order on www.dpd.ie. Email and text alerts to a 1hr time alert will be made available. Access to over 600 pick up points across Ireland with DPD. Once your package leaves our premises it is liable with DPD to deliver it. TIME TO DELIVER - UK

Customers from United Kingdom will be charged a delivery fee of €10-€15. Customers can expect delivery of their orders within 4 to 7 days. Customers in city destinations may receive their parcels swifter than customers from rural areas. DPD are our chosen postage partner in the UK. At the moment purchases are UK VAT and Duty excluded from the price and may be due on arrival.

COLLECT IN-STORE

We are delighted to offer customers a complimentary Click and Collect service instore, when you have paid for your order online you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. Your order will be ready for collection from 09.30am during opening hours up to 6.00pm.

We ask you to please await a confirmation email/text notification that your order is Ready for Collection before coming to the shop as the item maybe in one of our other stores. 

Before travelling to collect your order, please ensure you bring the following:

  • Your Ready for Collection confirmation email or text, containing your unique order number. This can be in printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet.
  • Confirmation of the payment used.
  • Photographic identification, we will accept your driver’s license or passport.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?

When your order is placed we will send you an email to confirm all your details are correct. Once we have dispatched your item(s), you will receive a second email from us noting your delivery information and tracking number where applicable.

GIFT CARDS

We offer FREE post for all Gift Cards ordered. Gift Cards will be dispatched within 24 hours of order and can be personalised with a message if requested at the time of order.

All Gift Card orders are sent with An Post postal service.

Please note - Gift Cards cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. Gift cards purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website; they may only be used in-store. We cannot take responsibility for any gift cards that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift card, as it is their responsibility to keep the Gift Card safe.

We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.
