Patrick Bourke Menswear, one of Ireland’s leading menswear independents is recruiting for a store manager in our Kilrush store, County Clare.

Patrick Bourke Menswear is an iconic name that has expanded greatly since its humble begins in 1928 on the square in Kilrush. With leading global brands such as Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Barbour, Ted Baker, we constantly seek out new and curated brands to showcase in store. In recent years, we have revamped our Kilrush store to include a barber and in store master tailor, which we pride ourselves on being a one stop lifestyle store for the discerning man.

Your New Role: We are looking for someone to join us as an experienced store manager who can consult and assist customers across all departments in our Kilrush store.

· You will be responsible for the overall operation and sales performance of our Kilrush store and ensuring that the right people and product are in place to achieve and exceed Company expectations.

· you will exceed customer expectations and deliver a high level of service.

· You will manage and coach the Kilrush team to give the best customer service levels.

· You will co-ordinate daily, weekly & monthly store tasks & activations

· You will analyze stock levels and drive efficiency in stock rotation.

· You will maintain visual merchandising standards & implement guidelines from the team.

· You will be security conscious and be an active key holder in opening & closing the store

· You will be an active member in the wider Patrick Bourke Menswear team and build healthy working relationships

· Any other activities as required in order to ensure the successful operation of the store

Fashion experience, would be a nice to have, but not essential, this person can be brought up to speed quickly on our key selling brands and the different fits in order to provide an excellent service to our loyal customer base. You will be self-motivated, friendly and have a positive can-do attitude to drive the business forward as part of a team. This role will require 5 days a week working schedule (including Saturday).

· You have track record in an elevated retail role and a CV bursting with customer service experience

· You have experience in a fashion environment or an interest in style
